ABOUT THE POSITIONS
Zamboni Driver
The Zamboni Driver is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the Zamboni and for supporting overall facility operations. They are effectively the person to report to while on shift. Responsibilities include:

Supervise the Skate Guard and Front Box Office staff to ensure adherence to their responsibilities. Ensure they are not hanging out and talking in the box office.

Operate the Zamboni safely and follow correct procedure to ensure the zamboni is not damaged
-
Immediately report any incidents or mechanical issues to a supervisor
-
Maintain order and professionalism in communal areas including discouraging excessive conversation in the box office and skate room.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces when not operating the Zamboni

Assist with passing out skates when needed
Guest Services Specialist:

General customer service skills
-
Strong communication skills
-
Maintaining friendly and welcoming environment

Checking in public session, freestyle, pucks on the pond, and any other programs we offer

Maintaining lobby cleanliness

Provide patrons with accurate information about our offerings
-
Strong work ethic
Skate Guard (skating knowledge required):

​Ensuring guests are safe on the ice

General customer service skills

Know how to skate

Maintaining ice (no snow during public/no digging holes with toe picks etc)

Assisting with skate counter

Organize and maintain skate room

Good communication skills

Strong work ethic
