Guest Services Specialist:

Checking in public session, freestyle, pucks on the pond, and any other programs we offer

Maintaining lobby cleanliness

Provide patrons with accurate information about our offerings

Strong work ethic
Skate Guard (skating knowledge required):

​Ensuring guests are safe on the ice

General customer service skills

Know how to skate

Maintaining ice (no snow during public/no digging holes with toe picks etc)

Assisting with skate counter

Organize and maintain skate room

Good communication skills

Strong work ethic
