No. The additional $13 per person is for people who are skating. If you do have adults coming onto the ice they will need to pay but if they are just there to celebrate they do not need to pay.

They are your point of contact for the party. If you have issues, questions, or need help they are who you'd ask the day of. They are also in charge of making sure the party runs according to schedule and that the pizza is served on time.
